There have already been several failed attempts to defuse the conflict in Yemen, which has drawn in regional rivals Saudi Arabia and Iran and triggered a humanitarian crisis in the country. A spokesman for the Saudi-led alliance was not immediately available for comment. "There can't be a military solution to Yemen". The UN said earlier this month that Saudi-led raids are responsible for the vast majority of the estimated 3,200 civilian deaths in the Yemen war. (more...)

Cotton said he believed that considering Garland before the election would deny voters the chance to weigh in on the court's direction. The popular governor's vote is a coup for Cruz, since Herbert had appeared at a campaign event Friday for Ohio Gov. That might happen in Arizona, but don't bet on The Donald winning Utah. Mary acknowledged that Abdeslam was involved in the attacks but said his client has been extremely cooperative with authorities since his arrest.
