Wisconsin's primary voter turnout is expected to be 40 percent, which would be the highest since 1980. And now it seems he may be dealt a loss in Wisconsin by Sen. But, he says, Wisconsin also has new, strict voter ID requirements, which could dissuade some potential voters. The Sooners are led by Buddy Hield, who is averaging 29 points per game in the NCAA Tournament while showing off nearly unlimited range. But another laugher doesn't seem likely.
