That's the claim from reporter Samuel Gibbs at The Guardian , who removed the app from an iPhone 6s Plus as an experiment. A Facebook representative said the company was investigating the matter. Continental says 5 million vehicles worldwide may have faulty air bags

Continental told the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration that the faulty electronic parts were built between 2006 and 2010. The documents made public by the NHTSA reveal that 5 million vehicles could be affected by the defective airbags, but the safety agency did not provide a complete list of the automakers included in the recall.
