Future iPhones might support wireless charging using new tech

The more distance between the device and the charging plate, the longer the device takes to recharge. Current wireless charging - precisely inductive charging - requires pads, or docks, that have transmitter and receivers. While wireless charging is of course nothing new , the report notes that Apple's wireless charging scheme will be a bit more complex and practical insofar as its implementation may support the ability to charge devices at longer distances. The result is that some users experience choppy streams unless they explicitly opt out of Binge On. Apple was once the leading provider of digital music courtesy of its iTunes store. iTunes Radio lives on in Apple Music , but the free ad supported version is gone. iTunes Radio came into being with the release of iOS 7, and has since served up millions of users worldwide. A Quinnipiac University poll of likely Iowa GOP caucusgoers released on Tuesday showed Cruz leading Trump among evangelicals, 39% to 27%. An hour later, Trump's campaign manager Corey Lewandowski told The Washington Post that Trump would "definitely not" participate. (more...)
